Enquire About SuitesThe eight suites occupy the uppermost floor of the palazzo and the two mezzanine rooms accessed by the hotel's original wrought-iron staircase. Each suite begins at 45 m² and the largest — the Aljafería Suite — spans 72 m² across two connected rooms with a private terrace. Every suite has a separate sitting area with a velvet sofa, an Aragonese antique writing desk (sourced from the estate auction of a Zaragoza notary family in 2012), and a bathroom with a freestanding copper bathtub set against exposed limestone. The coral-and-ochre palette intensifies at this level: pigmented limewash plaster in a warm terracotta tone covers the sloped ceilings, and the original timber joists are visible throughout. Suites are available for minimum two-night stays; longer stays of five nights or more qualify for the Aragonese Cultural Programme, a curated itinerary co-designed with the hotel's concierge team.

Five Junior Suites face the internal courtyard. Each has a king bed in a separate sleeping area, a sitting room with a nineteenth-century Aragonese writing desk, and a bathroom with copper soaking tub and double vanity. Ideal for couples seeking more space without the full suite rate.
Two Superior Suites face Calle Alfonso I with a Juliet balcony and a double-aspect sitting room. The ceilings reach four metres and retain their original painted plaster cornices. A Nespresso Vertuo station and a minibar stocked with Aragonese wines and craft beer from Zaragoza's Cierzo brewery are included.
The hotel's flagship accommodation spans two connected rooms with a private terrace overlooking the Mudéjar tower on Calle Manifestación. The terrace seats four and includes a morning-delivery breakfast option. Architect Pilar Abad considered this the building's most architecturally significant space.
Guests staying five or more nights in any suite are invited to join the Aragonese Cultural Programme at no additional charge. The programme is assembled by the hotel's concierge team and changes each season: in autumn 2024, it included a private guided visit to the Aljafería palace's throne room outside public hours, a half-day ceramics workshop at a Mudéjar kiln in the village of Muel (thirty minutes from Zaragoza), and a wine tasting at Bodega San Valero in Cariñena. The programme does not operate on a fixed schedule — it is built around each guest's arrival dates and personal interests, so no two versions are identical. Guests wishing to participate should indicate their interest at the time of reservation so that the concierge can begin preparation before arrival.
