Two event rooms with vaulted ceilings, natural daylight, and coral-warm lighting — available for corporate dinners, private celebrations, and cultural gatherings of up to forty guests.
Request an Events ProposalLumenrvivid's Sala Mudéjar and Sala Pilar are located on the ground floor of the palazzo, each with its own entrance from the internal courtyard. Sala Mudéjar seats twenty-four for a formal dinner or thirty-five in a standing reception layout; Sala Pilar seats sixteen for a boardroom meeting or twenty-eight for a cabaret-style presentation. When booked together, the combined space — linked by the courtyard's arched cloister — accommodates forty guests across a standing drinks reception and a seated dinner. Both rooms retain their original vaulted plaster ceilings (4.2 m at the apex) and are lit by coral-tinted pendant clusters designed by Valencia lighting studio Luzwork. Natural daylight enters through west-facing windows that open onto the courtyard, providing indirect afternoon light ideal for both photography and presentation screens.

Each booking is assigned a single coordinator — not a shared inbox — who handles AV requirements, catering orders, dietary menus, florist liaison, and post-event billing. The coordinator is reachable by direct phone line from confirmation to checkout.
The hotel's kitchen team produces all food on-site using regional suppliers: charcuterie from Casa Roya in Teruel, lamb from the Pyrenean foothill farms near Huesca, and desserts using DOP Melocotón de Calanda peaches when in season. Vegan and allergen-adapted menus available on request.
Both rooms are equipped with 4K laser projectors, HDMI and USB-C connections, a Sennheiser conference microphone array, and dedicated 500 Mbps fibre separate from the hotel's guest network. Setup and testing are included in the event rate.
Event clients may reserve a block of up to twelve hotel rooms at a negotiated group rate, with a single invoice and flexible attrition terms of up to 20% released 14 days before the event date.
Lumenrvivid's event spaces are designed for intimate, high-quality gatherings rather than large-scale conferences or banquets. We do not operate a ballroom, and we do not provide production services for events requiring rigging, pyrotechnics, or amplified live music above 85 dB in the rooms. Events with more than forty guests cannot be accommodated within the palazzo. Outdoor ceremonies in the courtyard are available between May and September subject to a weather contingency plan, but the courtyard does not have a permanent marquee. Clients requiring AV equipment beyond our standard package — broadcast-quality recording, simultaneous interpretation booths, or stage structures — will need to contract an external AV company; our events coordinator can recommend three Zaragoza-based suppliers with whom we have worked previously.
