For room reservations, the team can confirm availability and hold a room for 24 hours by email before requiring card details. For event enquiries, the dedicated events coordinator responds within one business day with a written proposal. For concierge requests ahead of arrival, we ask that guests contact us at least 48 hours in advance; requests sent at the time of booking allow the most preparation time and typically yield the most detailed itinerary.
